MESRA CHALET




Mesra Chalet terletak di Pantai Peranginan Teluk Senangin di Lumut Perak Darul Ridzuan. Jarak perjalanan lebih kurang 15 minit daripada Sitiawan, Seri Manjung dan Lumut dan lebih kurang 20 minit perjalanan daripada Pantai Remis.

Terletak berhadapan dengan pantai (beach front) dan berdekatan dengan tapak aktiviti 'outdoor'. Memberikan kemudahan penginapan yang selesa dan dilengkapi dengan penghawa dingin, tv dan bilik air. Setiap chalet boleh memuatkan lebih kurang 4-6 orang dewasa.

Dapur, set BBQ, meja dan khemah juga ada disediakan.

    1. I SUSPECT YOU WERE THE FAMILY WHO STAYS UNTIL 11.30 PM LAST WEEK.. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE DURING YOUR STAYS.. BUT WE WERE JUST TRY TO EXPLAIN TO YOUR FAMILY THAT THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN BOOKED AND PAID BY OTHER GUEST.. YOU NEED TO ASK THEIR PERMISSION TO USE IT (INSTEAD YOUR FAMILY JUST IGNORE THEIR RIGHT THOUGH THEY HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO YOU. AS THE OWNER WE NEED TO BE FAIR TO ALL GUESTS)AND YET YOUR FAMILY FEELS OFFENDED ABOUT IT AND WANTED TO CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY.. WHICH WE CAN'T STOP YOUR EITHER. BUT SINCE YOUR FAMILY WERE SO SICK WITH OUR "MELAYU BUSINESS" WE HAVE REFUNDED FULL AMOUNT EVEN YOU HAVE STAY FOR HALF A DAY AND LOAD THE ROOM WITH 10 PAX INSTEAD OF 3-4 PAX PER ROOM (ACTUAL CAPASITY FOR THE ROOM YOU RENTED).. WE MELAYU BUSINESS HAVE NEVER CONSIDER PROFIT AS THE ONLY PLEASURE TO US.. WE TRY TO GIVE OUR BEST SERVICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.. FOR THOSE WHO STILL DOES NOT SATISFY WE CAN ONLY SAY SORRY WHICH WE CAN ONLY OFFER YOU A SIMPLE CHALET NOT A BUNGALOW LIKE YOUR HOME.. BUT ACTUALLY THIS SMALL PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVE WITH PEACE SHOULD YOUR FAMILY REACTED IT IN CALMER MANNER..

    2. What??? So sorry ok...they had never meet and talk to us...and actually we don't know about the facilities rented. The receptionest told us can stay at the room if we confomtable and used that facilities.Yes, so sorry to u 2...but I think the another guest must also respect us. We can comunicated nicely if them talk to us... not to involved the owner..SO SORRY AGAIN FROM MY FAMILY
